🐕 Our Guarantee
If we miss your delivery window (48 hours), we refund 100% — no questions asked. If a lead is a bad fit (wrong trade, wrong territory, out of business), we replace it free. Simple.
1. Scout (One-Time Purchase — $97)
- Before delivery: Full refund if we haven't started research yet. Just email us.
- After delivery: Non-refundable. You've received the research, leads, and scripts. If a specific lead is wrong (wrong trade, wrong territory), we'll replace it at no charge.
- Missed delivery window: If your dashboard isn't live within 48 hours, full refund — no questions.
2. Pack (Monthly — $197/mo)
- Cancel anytime: Stops future billing immediately. You keep everything delivered to date — your dashboard, every lead, every script. Nothing disappears.
- First month delivery guarantee: If your first leads aren't delivered within 48 hours, we'll refund your first month.
- Bad lead replacement: Any lead that turns out to be a poor fit gets replaced in your next refresh at no charge.
- Pro-rated refunds: If you cancel mid-month, you won't be charged again, but we don't issue partial refunds for the current month (you still get that month's leads and refresh).
3. Alpha (Monthly — $397/mo)
- Same refund terms as Pack, plus:
- Weekly refresh guarantee: If we miss a weekly refresh, that week is free. Contact us and we'll credit you.
- Strategy call guarantee: If quarterly strategy calls aren't delivered, we'll credit you $50 per missed call.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@thebidhound.com with:
- Your name and company
- Order details (tier, trade, territory)
- Reason for the refund request
We process refunds within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
5. Chargebacks
If you're unhappy, email us first — we'll make it right. Unnecessary chargebacks cost everyone money. We keep records of all deliveries and communications to resolve disputes fairly.
