When you interact with BidHound — by signing up, requesting a demo, or using our Trade Score tool — we may collect:

• Business information: trade, territory, and service area details needed to deliver our bid intelligence service.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics about how visitors use our website (pages viewed, time on site). We use this to improve the site, not to track individuals.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Deliver the bid intelligence service you signed up for.
• Communicate with you about your order, delivery, and account.
• Improve our website and service based on aggregate usage data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Period.

3. Payment Processing

Payments on BidHound are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. Stripe's use of your payment information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

4. Email Communications

We use Resend to send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery notifications). We may also send occasional service updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe."

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as you're an active customer. If you cancel, we keep your information for 12 months in case you return, then delete it. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Third-Party Subprocessors

We use the following third-party services to operate BidHound. Each has its own privacy and security policies:

We only share the minimum information necessary with each subprocessor to perform their function.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
